The LCC has received an invitation from the Brighton and Hove Motor Club for the Goodwood Sprint on Saturday 5 August 2006. This is a National B 1 lap sprint, and although the date may seem a long way off, this is a prestigious event, so the Club urges any interested members to get their entries in as soon as possible. LCC member Gary Paffett has won the 2005 DTM Championship at Hockenheim yesterday, Sunday 23 October. In a closely contested series, Gary finally clinched the title in the last race of the season with a fine third place.
